Who do you love?

She began to love herself. She stared into her reflection with an urge to learn something new. Her golden crown full of curls, created a vibrant glow when she smiled. Her smooth brown skin cruised down her natural curves while her hands caressed every part of her body. It felt nice to look in the mirror and say I love you. She never gave herself the same affection she effortlessly gave away to another. It was time to fall in love with every part of who she was to truly project an immeasurable love. So she began spending time with herself creating paths to become more in love with who she wanted to be.

Gypsy Chronicles: The Gypsies

Mason: Dinner reservation under Mason please. Hostess: Welcome back, Mason your party just arrived, right this way sir. Liberty had no idea what was going on. As much as she loved me, apart of me was concerned she would walk out of my life forever tonight. I was willing to take the risk for Lib, and hope she would still love me for me. We approached the table and her eyes got enormous at the site of all my friends in front of us at the dinner table. "Benji? OH MY GOSH what are all of you guys doing here! THIS IS AMAZ.. okay I'm not accepting anymore surprises tonight!” She laughed nervously as she looked around trying to process why she was standing in front of Mason and all his friends in New York City. "please have a seat Liberty, lets eat, you must be starving after that drive" Benji interrupted as he noticed Mason freeze up for a second. Liberty smirked and politely sat down as the night began with appetizers. As the server started pouring our gla

Gypsy Chronicles: Liberty and Mason

We cruised through the dusk until dawn and arrived into New York city with no hurry in the world. My eyes lit up as we passed by big buildings and bridges. The city felt alive; the energy was undeniable. You could smell possibilities in the air. I knew my life would never be the same when my eyes fell on Times Square. The lights reflected off of my body as we drove by, electrifying my soul into complete happiness. "We're almost there" he smoothly said with a smile. There was a burst of curiosity inside me that couldn't resist Mason's constant surprises! Laughter shot straight through my wind pipes as I smiled with excitement. I enjoyed the scenery the rest of the way until we finally arrived at the most beautiful hotel I ever set my eyes on. Mason grabbed my hand before I could process anything and led m

Gypsy Chronicles: Salma

I stared in the mirror in disbelief as I combed through my perfectly sleek black long hair that was evenly parted right down the middle. Two days passed and I haven't received a call or any word that she was okay. No matter what I did I couldn't help but wonder if she was safe. I was worried about her, I didn't trust Mason and his group of friends. My concern grew deeper and deeper every hour I never received a call from Liberty. This was just like her, only thinking of herself and having fun; she never took life serious! It was always me talking sense back into her and keeping her on track but now this? Elizabeth was my best friend since we were 5 years old. We grew up on the same street, shared the same barbie dolls, and we were in the same classes every single year. We were opposites but always inseparable. She stuck up for me whenever the other kids tried to make fun of me and call me "Salami Salma" she loved me for me and wasn't afraid to show it. I never
